
Tropical Recovery Smoothie

This is my favorite post-workout smoothie. It has protein, fiber, good carbs, amino acids, potassium, Vitamin C and electrolytes! I am not a big fan of eating right after flowing with Ginastica Natural, lifting weights or doing cardio, so this drink is perfect! Put this in your Hydroflask or Yeti with a few ice cubes and you’re ready to go!
Ingredients:
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or any alternative milk)
1 Tb of natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 Tb of hemp seeds
1 Tb of chia seeds
1 large banana (cut up in chunks, frozen)
1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
1 Orange, peeled
Preparation:
Add in milk first, then add your nut butter, hemp and chia seeds and fruit.
Blend for a smooth and creamy consistency.
(Adjust the consistency by adding more milk if necessary)
